1. General Provisions

The Privacy Policy establishes the rules governing the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data that may be requested/obtained when using the rubizh.com web portal (hereinafter referred to as the Portal).
Personal data: Information or a set of information about an individual or legal entity that is identified or can be specifically identified.
The Portal Administrator highly respects the confidential (personal) information of all persons who use the information published on the Portal, as well as the subjects of the Portal: users registered on the Portal, authorized representatives of suppliers. Therefore, the Administrator strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data, creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Portal.
By filling out the registration form and checking the confirmation box that you have read this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy), you consent to the processing of your personal data to ensure role-based access, prepare statistical, administrative, and other types of information related to professional training.
Before using the Portal, carefully read your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data, as outlined in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” in this Policy, and express your full agreement with its terms.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

The collection of personal data is carried out exclusively based on your conscious and voluntary decision as a data subject to use the functionalities of the Portal and in accordance with the purpose of personal data processing formulated in this Policy.
The scope and type of collection and use of your personal data vary depending on the role in which you plan to use the functionalities of the Portal.
When registering on the Portal according to your chosen role and filling out your personal account details, you provide the following information:
• Full name
• Phone number and email
• Information related to your military experience
During further use of the Portal, information contained in contact forms/email submissions is automatically collected.

3. Purpose of Collecting, Processing, and Using Personal Data

The collection, processing, and use of personal data are carried out for the purpose of ensuring role-based access, including:

Registration of Portal subjects

• Organizing electronic interaction of Portal subjects through personal accounts
• Generalization and systematization of records and structured data, in particular:
• Creating lists
• Monitoring, summarizing, and analyzing statistical data generated by Portal users as a result of their usage

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary according to the purpose of its collection, processing, and use, or until you stop using the Portal by deleting your account.

4. Access to Personal Data

Full access to the personal data of registered Portal subjects is granted to an authorized representative of the Portal Administrator.

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Portal Administrator (Brigade “Rubizh”) does not transfer or disclose personal data received from registered Portal subjects to third parties.
Disclosure of personal data is possible in cases provided by the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as in the case of involving third parties who provide technical support and/or services to improve the Portal under a contract and under the condition of non-disclosure of personal data.
The Portal may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites and other online resources. Third-party resources may be governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. Third-party resources and their content are not verified by us for compliance (accuracy, completeness, legality, etc.). Brigade “Rubizh” is not responsible for any information or materials posted on third-party resources.

6. Protection of Personal Data

The Portal Administrator takes the necessary technical and procedural measures to protect your personal data from loss, unauthorized access, or distribution on the Portal.

7. Changes to the Policy Terms

The Portal Administrator may modify this Policy to accurately reflect the methods of data collection, processing, and use.
